Corry Van Aelstyn
Grandmother, breast cancer survivor, Realtor! I have been licensed since 1987 and have worked in several different companies including big national firms and smaller regional companies. I am licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota as a broker. It’s a perfect fit.
I originally came from the Netherlands in 1956. Spent my growing up years in Waukesha Wisconsin and then to La Crosse in 1969 to attend the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse. I loved the area so much, I’ve never left.
The rivers and the bluffs and the beauty of the area are like no other. My heart is here in the coulees and waterways of La Crosse. I made my life here. My daughters were born and raised knowing the outdoors and the joys that come from being from a river town. I found Dragon Boating as a breast cancer survivor. In 2015 I was the inaugural Ambassador for our Big Blue Dragon Boat Race on the Black River. It has been the great honor of my life to represent survivorship through Big Blue and Stronger Together (Livestrong at the Y).
Real estate for me is a natural. I like people, I like helping people, and I like helping people find a place to call home.

Hello, I am Sandra! A lifetime resident of the Coulee Region. I have worked in the interior design field for over 20 years as a practicing designer, college educator and administrator. Architecture, design, style and building solid relationships with my clients and customers are just some of my passions.
To me being a REALTOR® means more than selling homes, it’s about listening. I don’t have all the answers but I strive to go the extra mile to make your real estate experience a success and exceed your expectations. My background in sales and education gives me the ability to communicate clearly, keeping you informed and looking out for your best interests.

Mother to one teenage son and one horse, I spend my free time trying to corral one or the other.
My interest in real estate comes from both of my parents, but especially my mom, Sandra Schultz. Together my parents successfully handled hundreds of real estate transactions and regularly back each other up in business which helps make the smooth flow of transactions possible.
Kelly is currently licensed in Wisconsin with a detailed knowledge of horse and horse farms around the Coulee Region. She is also involved with her son’s high school basketball team and traveling with them to tournaments all over the state.

JOe van aelstyn
Joe began his real estate career after he left the Army serving in the Special Forces. Joe’s mother Marion was an esteemed Realtor in the La Crosse area and encouraged her son’s interest in real estate. Although a medic in the service he was a natural in the real estate industry. His interests grew to include land development, commercial real estate and 1031 exchanges and eventually appraisal.
Married to Corry Van Aelstyn together they have become a seasoned real estate team. They share 13 grandchildren and six children, a blended family. The kids are spread from coast to coast and they enjoy traveling to see them.
Joe gets up every day to a job he loves and enjoys. As a La Crosse native, a walk through town is delayed by friends and neighbors stopping to talk and reminisce. Mitch is a life long resident of the La Crosse area, father of 5 and husband to Misty. He graduated from UW Stout in Technology Education. He is the founder of Global Groundwork, a non-profit organization that provides vocational training in developing countries.
Mitch is also a diver with the La Crosse Dive Rescue Team. He has extensive knowledge in home construction and all things building. Mitch has been involved in many real estate transactions and currently owns and operates Ironside Self Storage along with other commercial and residential properties.
